We will not rest until the knowledge of the glory of the Lord fills the earth through the lives of men and women who serve as effective witnesses of the King.
ABOUT
At the heart of Threshing House Ecclesia, we recognize that the marketplace is not merely a place of commerce, but the largest mission field on earth. It is where life happens, where decisions are made, and where the majority of humanity spends their waking hours. The weight of our assignment is therefore clear: what will we do with the souls positioned there?
We believe that to be sent for noble purposes, one must first be anchored in discipleship—following Jesus. From this place of surrender, God continually draws arrows from His quiver: men and women handpicked and sharpened for diverse assignments across the globe. Our sacred responsibility is to partner with the Father in the “threshing” and “polishing” of these arrows.
We do not believe in a one-time deployment. Our mission is to prepare believers for a rhythmic life of kingdom impact—equipping them for their sending and ensuring they return to the quiver for further refinement. We recognize that the more an arrow is used, the more it must be tended by the Archer to maintain its precision. This is achieved by focusing on four pillars of kingdom impact:
Spirituality: Rootedness in Christ and sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Character: Integrity that reflects the nature of God in all environments.
Competence: Exceptional skill and professional mastery that commands respect and provides a platform for the Gospel.
Capacity: The mental and emotional strength required to carry the weight of noble purposes.
